Thank you for singing, dancing, and sitting in the circle with us ❤️ We are so thankful for this practice and community!

We’re exploring new ways to hold this practice, including a possible acoustic, kirtan-only series alongside our full-band + dance nights. We want the experience to be as nourishing as it can be for everyone, and we know no single format will suit every heart, every time.

As a collective, we aim for authenticity and humility, not perfection. We’ll keep honoring our own creative voice as a band and the values at the heart of this practice, while holding every response with care. We can’t take up every suggestion, but each one helps shape what comes next. Your honest words help us more than polite ones.

The current format

Right now we gather roughly monthly (with the occasional break) at Perennial Yoga – Fitchburg: kirtan ~6:00–8:15 pm, then connection, prasad, and a transition, then ecstatic dance ~8:45–10:00 pm.

A new idea: acoustic sessions

We're considering a simpler, more intimate "acoustic sessions" series: a stripped-down acoustic version of what we do now, kirtan only, no dance. This would be in addition to our full-band + dance nights, not a replacement.

The sound

Sound matters deeply to us, and it's been one of our biggest challenges. Working with a rotating cast of sound engineers has made it hard to offer a consistent experience from night to night, so we'd love your ears on this.

We may trim a quote for length but won't change its meaning. A photo is used only if you ticked the consent box, and only next to your words. Your email stays with us: never shared, never sold. Changed your mind? Write to us through our contact page and we'll take it down. If you answered anonymously, quote a few words from your answer so we can find it. Responses and photos we don't use are deleted within a year of the survey closing.
